Skills TrainingWe are locked in and focused where the attention to detail is non negotiable. Each session is tailored directly for your athletes needs. From shooting, ball handling, passing, making reads, and creating offense, the one on one skills sessions are curated for growth and results. Defense and reaction drills are also apart of each session but can be adjusted for skills that need to be addressed most.
Group Skills TrainingWe not only focus on the similar skills and lessons provided in one on one sessions, but we can actively apply what’s been taught with live play. Group sessions are great for small teams or a group of athletes that want to work on skills together. 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or odd man work, are great tools to build on skills, sets, proper spacing, and build live game situations which helps with I.Q.
Film SessionsThe saying goes, “Film doesn’t lie”, and our film sessions gives us the opportunity to build accountability, teach and correct (with proof lol), and also acknowledge what your athlete is doing correctly and what they should continue to build on. We are honest because honesty is where growth can truly happen. Game film (NOT HIGHLIGHTS), are sent where we break down teaching points. We then go over the film with your athlete on a live zoom call.
Live Scouting - (offering soon)Not only are we analyzing strengths and weaknesses on the floor, but we’re paying attention to the attributes that coaches take note of. These include taking criticism, how your athlete is as a teammate, do they pay attention in the huddle, etc. This also gives them the preparation of what it feels like knowing a college coach is paying attention to every single thing they do. We then go over this information with your athlete on a live zoom call.
Strength & ConditioningThe foundations of the game and skill development is directly connected to the foundation of your athletes body. Explosiveness, strength, and endurance are factors that must be addressed. We can tailor individual S & C sessions or add on to either one on one skills sessions or group skills sessions.
Recovery - (offering soon)There is no growth without rest and proper recovery. Soon we will have stretching and sports massage specialist to help your athlete recover and assist in keeping their bodies healthy.
